Your reply will be added to the ticket in the same language in which you typed. It is not possible to select the language while adding the reply.

You can choose the nature of attachment sent with email notification, please go to Support > Email Notifications > General > Attachments in notifications > Select “File Links” > Save the changes.

Guest users can reply to the ticket using the “Open Ticket” page. Please create a new page and use the shortcode [wpsc_open_ticket] on it. Now go to Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Open Ticket Page > Select the newly created page > Ticket URL Page > Select Open Ticket page > OTP login > Enable > Save the changes.
Now, Guest users can open their existing tickets using the “Open existing ticket using one-time password” link on the login page and you can insert the ticket URL macro in the email notification so users can get this link in the Email notification. You can add the “Open ticket” page to the nav menu so users can easily access the page.

Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications > Change Assignee > Edit > Check if you set any condition > Check the recipient(add Assignee) > Save the changes.

It is not possible to limit the number of tickets per user. User can create unlimited tickets.

It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, that the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings. I recommend you create a staging site and then check the issue on it.
If this does not resolve the issue, please create a ticket on our support portal.

- If you delete the ticket temporary then data remains in the DB, you can restore those tickets. If you delete the ticket permanently then all the data associated with the ticket gets deleted permanently.
- Attachments of the permanently deleted tickets also get deleted permanently from the Server.
SupportCandy is self hosted plugin that means you data will remain on your site and server. There is no external interferance.
