You can limit the loading of SupportCandy script on Support pages only. Please go to Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Script Load > Select Custom: Insert Support Pages only > Save the changes.

It is not possible for SupportCandy to read data from another domain as the database will be different. You need to have WooCommerce and SupportCandy on the same domain for integration.

You can translate the static string using polylang. If you want to translate dynamic strings like names of custom fields, custom statuses or widgets can be translated using WPML.

SupportCandy is AJAX based system so it is not possible to open a ticket using right click in a new tab.

You can choose default language in your translation plugin. So whenever you want to send reply in other language you need to choose that language.

It is not possible to use Username instead of Email. SupportCandy depends on the email and email is a unique identifier.

Whenever you are submitting the reply from the backend or admin panel, please make sure you have selected the required site language. The reply will be added in the same language which you have chosen.
You can choose the language from the admin bar at the top of the page.

SupportCandy uses the Email of users for user registration and login. Email is compulsory while registration and login.
Also, for ticket management, emails are required for further communication or email notifications. So there is no way to skip the email.

Sorry, I missed your question related to ticket URL. Please follow the steps to fix the issue:
- Create a new page and use shortcode [supportcandy] on it.
- Go to Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Support Page: Select the newly created page > Ticket URL Page: Select Support Page > Save the changes.
