In reply to: [SupportCandy - Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System] Email NotificationHello,
Yes, you can send the same email notification to your agent and customer. Just select “Agent” and “Customer” in the recipient. If you want to send different emails to customers and agents then create two different email notification templates, and select the recipients of the email template accordingly.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SupportCandy - Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System] CustomerHello there,
When a user is registered on your site then a customer record is created but it is visible in the customer table only after he creates a ticket.

You can not add customer records manually. Customer is created automatically once they raised a ticket.Hello there,
The non translated fields in the ticket form can’t be translated using normal translation files(po/mo) or loco plugin.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to translate those string using WordPress default translation functions( __(), _e(), etc). Those are for creating language files and must only be used on static strings. They need to be static because the tools for generating the language files don’t execute PHP, so they can’t process variables. They just parse the text of the code, essentially. The custom field names are not static they are stored in the database. WordPress also does not help you with this. There are two ways to translate them:
- Rename fields in your required language from settings. Go to Custom Field settings and rename fields in your site language.
- Use WPML or PolyLang plugin. These plugins allows you to translate such dynamic strings that are stored in the database.
Hello there,
You can fix this issue by following the steps :- Go to Dashboard > Support > Setting > General Setting > Page Setting > Load Scripts
- Select “Custom” in Load Scripts
- Insert pages on which you have entered the SupportCandy shortcode.
