1 & 2. We noticed that the color of the select box is looking different. It looks like a plugin conflict. Please create a staging site and check the theme and plugin conflict. If it does not resolve the issue then please create a ticket on our site so we can assist you better.
3. In the Dashboard > Support > Setting > Appearance > Individual Ticket > Reply Thread. Please select a different color for the reply thread as it is the same for the background.

You can change the gravatar logo in the Dashboard > Users. Select your profile and click on edit. Here you will get the option to change the profile picture. You need to create an account on gravatar to change the profile picture.

Your create ticket form does not contain the Product field. Please add a custom field of type Woo Product and add it to create a ticket form. When a customer clicks on the Help button from a product page it will redirect him to the support page and preselect the product.
