Please go to the Dashboard > Support > Settings > Rich Text Editor. Here you can enable the rich text editor and options for formating text. In SupportCandy, there is no need to use external plugin for editor. The link you have provided is for third party plugin.

You can use basic properties like font-size, border, font-family, border style, etc.
But the other properties will be stripped out by wordpress function as we have used the sanitisation function to validate user data.

It is not possible to import emails with specific criteria. Email piping will import all the emails from inbox for creating ticket/reply.

You can create a custom field of type “File attachment(Single)” or “File attachment(multiple)” in the SupportCandy. In the gravity form, you can select the “File Upload” field to upload the file. Map these fields and the attached file will be getting attached to the ticket created by gravity form.

You can add more options to the close statutes, please go to Dashboard > Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Advanced > Close Statutes. Add some options here and it will be available in the Automatic Close ticket.

We are glad to hear that your issue has been fixed. But from now onwards please don’t delete the data directly from the database, it will affect the functionality of the plugin.
We are working on a function that helps to delete customers completely from the database. It will be released in a couple of weeks.

Please confirm do you want to delete the customer only or delete all the data(like a custom field, and another setting). Right now, the feature of “Deleting customer” is under discussion(there is no ETA) so you can not delete customers completely.
