You can use [supportcandy] shortcode to have all the functionality on the page. It allows users to create new tickets, open existing tickets, admin can view and manage the tickets, and guest can create new ticket(if allowed).

Please check if you are using any Google chrome extension for additional security, the extensions like Malwarebyte sometimes cause the issues.
You can check the issue on other browser without the extensions.

You need to limit the SupportCandy script to the support pages only to avoid conflict. Please follow the below steps :
- Create a page having a shortcode [supportcandy] if not already created.
- Then go to Support > Settings > General > Page Setting > Support page and select the page you have created in the first step.

Please add yourself as a support agent at Support > Support Agents > Agents > Add New.
If you are using administrator account in the SupportCandy still not able to view the tickets menu then please remove yourself from the support agents and add again as administrator. It will fix the issue.
The tickets menu is not visible to you if you are not listed as support agent in the SupportCandy even though you are administrator in the WP-User.
If this does not resolve the issue, then please deactivate the delete the SupportCandy plugin, installed and activate it again. Add yourself as support agent or administrator then check the issue.

Please make sure, you enabled the “Ticket Reply Notification” for the customer at Support > Email Notification > Ticket Notifications > Ticket Reply Notification > Edit > Add “Customer” to the recipients > Save the changes.
Also, check if you have set any condition for the same notification, modify or remove the condition as per your requirement.

It is not possible to create anonymous tickets in SupportCandy. Users need to insert their email and Name while creating the ticket. We have a guest ticket feature but it also need email to create ticket.
