We have checked your issue, and we found out that, the issue which you are facing in the mobile view is due to the sticky header, so please follow the following instruction in order to solve your issue,

Please go to your Dashboard>>AP Mega Menu>>General Setting>>Custom CSS
and add the following CSS:

    overflow-x: hidden;
}

@media screen and (max-width: 768px){
.wpmm_megamenu .wp-megamenu-main-wrapper ul ul {
    overflow-y: scroll;
    height: 300px;
}
}

There are two API setting in this plugin which is mobile API and graphics API. So, If you are using graphics API then change it to mobile API. Yes, it is possible to select all logs and delete. As there is a logs option, where you can clear the logs you have created. You can see here: https://prnt.sc/ludvdz.
