Thank you for your fast response! I’ve re-installed the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option following the instructions.

When I clicked on the “Get access key automatically” button, it said “Error: An account connected to site [my site domain] already exists. Please restore access to the account https://cleantalk.org/my/reset_password”.

So I entered the access key from the previous install and clicked on “Save Changes”. This time, no error message appeared. However, when I did testing using [email protected] for a contact form in my site, it went through instead of showing “*** Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. ***”. And when I add /?sfw_test_ip=10.10.10.10 to my site name, it does not show the block screen. It shows my site as is. It does not appear the plugin is working. What am I missing? Please advise. Thank you!

Thank you so much @wfadam for your fast response! Yes, the sub-domain is pointed to a directory within my main site directory like this: /public_html/sub-domain.

So just to make sure I understand your answer correctly, could you please confirm the following are correct?:

1) First, optimize the firewall in the root website’s admin dashboard without changing any settings.

2) And then, optimize the firewall in the sub-directory website’s admin dashboard. When I see a warning about there already being an auto_prepend_file that’s being used (for the installation in the root site), I just choose to override it.

I also realized that among the “repeat” events, only the “custom repeat” events are the ones which are not showing in the subscribing calendars (e.g. Apple, Outlook, etc.).

I just realized that the “repeat” events are the ones that are not showing in Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc. But everything is showing in Google Calendar.

Thank you for your response! Sorry I didn’t explain well. Please see below for clarification:

Reason for Theme Change: I wanted the text to wrap in the Month view. I assumed “a flat calendar theme” would do it.

Action Taken:
1) Activated the Plana 2.0.0-core theme
2) Hit Save Options in Theme Options

Result: Still no text wrap in the Month view. The calendar still looks exactly the same as the default one (Vortex 2.0.0-core).
