Yes the version of WP is 5.8.7, your plugin is not compatible with this old version ?

I just downgrade in previous version of your plugin and I can access to admin

Unfortunatuly, your solution did not work.

To repair the access to admin interface, I had to rename the folder wpforms-lite to desactivate this plugin.
