    @julialucio, this was for issues with Printful. I think it was a combination of issues. First, I think I needed some plugins that I deleted (for my theme). Second, Rebuilding the site was the best way to eliminate everything for me personally. Since I am new, it made the most sense aside from spending a bunch of money for someone who may or may not solve the issue. I have some weird issues with Printify also, but so far everything is working. Sorry I cannot help more. Good Luck!

    I ended up rebuilding the site from scratch. One thing I noticed (and what I beleive may have been the main issue with my website) was that I had installed a Starter Theme along with Astra Pro. However, I thought I no longer needed the Starter Theme plugin. This plugin came with a few other plugins also…and i thought I noticed some wording that mentioned these were needed for the theme. So when I rebuilt my site, I left these plugins active and keep them updated. I am guessing this was at leas part of the problem…(?). Not 100% certain. Anyhow, hope this helps someone in the future.

    I still have random issues with Printful, so I switched over to Printify (which has its own issues with loading up every mockup variant and color for every product!) Good luck all!

    Hi ckadenge. Thanks for the response!

    I did reach out to them and in my opinion, they just give standard answers (disable plugins, check with your host for resources, etc.), and point me to everyone else. I have followed all of their advice. I guess I just want to make certain that in the WooCommerce settings – – – should the status of the API be blank? (API Enabled: –) Or should it show active, checkmark, etc.?

    I am moving my products to Printify and hopefully I do not experience any issues with their WooCommerce plugin. Thanks again.
