In reply to: [Easy Plugin Demo Builder] What happened to this amazing pluginNo violations. Just no longer developing or maintaining
@beatrice12 it used to when I maintained the plugin and looking through the code on GitHub, it still seems to have the option.
@wd69 if you head to Tools there is a Banned Emails section. In there enter the email addresses, or full domains, that are not allowed to open tickets.
@wd69 This is possible…
In settings under Tickets -> Replies there is an option Agent Reply Status with the description When an agent replies to a ticket what should the status change to by default? Agents may be able to change this whilst replying.
You can select a status here which will be applied to the ticket once the agent has replied.
In order to create the “replied” status you want, you would need the custom ticket status extension as mentioned above.

You could create hidden fields and set the value of those fields to the the category ID of “query” or “request”, or “incident”. You will need to map that field to ticket category.
That will ensure each form is assigned the correct category each time
I believe the field must be mapped to ticket title to have the “Enable KB Articles Ajax Search?” option visible
Sounds like a bug may be preventing the option field from displaying when editing the field. You could delete the subject field and then re-add it. When adding the search option should be displayed

In reply to: [MDJM Event Management] Plugin Dead?????@jackjpdiscos Unfortunately it would appear that Brian has neglected this plugin since taking ownership and with his disappearance from the MDJM group and parts of his website being down, it would seem he has decided not to continue its development.
If you wish to take the plugin over take a look here
If ownership does get transferred, contact me via Facebook and I can help get you the code for the extensions – but only if the plugin team do allow transfer of ownership

In reply to: [Easy Plugin Demo Builder] Delete uploadsTo correct myself and be more accurate, WordPress does delete the files on site deletion. At least it tries to. It seems to be a little hit and miss but the code to delete all the directories and files does exist. Therefore our plugin will also delete files
I just created a test demo site with our plugin, uploaded a file and then had the plugin delete the site once it had expired. The file I uploaded was also removed.
If you have a large number of files to delete, then this is a costly function to run so it could be that WordPress does not delete the files in those situations. We’ll look into it a little more

In reply to: [Easy Plugin Demo Builder] Delete uploadsHi @swoboda,
This has been a talking point for a while now. We use built-in WordPress functions to delete sites. Your question is also discussed here.
Per my edited note below, WordPress should delete uploaded files. So long as it can determine the path to the uploads folder
