A few ideas for implementation:
1. Just mark the form as “Multi-level Donation” but have a “Display Style” of checkbox or multi-select
2. Solution could be multiple forms embedded together but just 1 set of contact info (name, email, address, etc). Short code could be a comma separated list like: [give_form id=”1162,1166,1168″]
Also, such a feature will be useful for donations too.
