@johndbb thanks for bringing this up. I’ll be sharing this with the technical team for consideration on discussion on how this can be further improved.
@lordmazus I tested the RSS feed and this works just fine on my end. To troubleshoot any issues that might be causing the import to fail, please check under the logs files as outlined on the knowledge base.

@losteineu the plugin relies on the WP Cron to fetch the feed items and depending on the resource on your site, this could explain the performance concerns. To work around this, you can consider setting the feed source fetch schedule to be more spread out as outlined on this article: https://kb.wprssaggregator.com/article/200-scheduling-fetching-of-feeds-imports-for-better-performance
Hi @gazer1108, the error you reported points to an error in one of your plugins “/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/mplugin.php” which does not appear linked to the WP RSS Aggregator plugin. To fix this, you will need to review the file for any issues that could be interfering with the RSS feed import.
@hastibe with items imported using the Feed to Post addon, you can map the extra details into custom fields (metafields) and since they are imported as standard WordPress posts, they can be displayed on the site by looping through the posts and showing them on your theme or using any plugin that allows for showing posts and post metafields on the frontend.

Hi @ looking at the screenshots you shared, this suggests that you might be having an issue with the cron jobs on your site. Would you please check the troubleshooting guide here? This will guide you through the steps to check and ensure that the cron jobs are working as expected.
@todga you can set the plugin fetch intervals from the General settings or per Feed Source settings as outlined in the following articles on General Settings and Feed Source settings
Hi @myco2, I hope all is well. I wanted to follow up on the setup you are currently working on. Were you able to obtain a sample link that we can use to test the popup? The workaround for this situation involves adding some page-specific custom CSS. This will allow you to target the popup’s width, enabling you to set the desired width and adjust it across various screen sizes.
Additionally, I’d like to share that we are actively working on a more robust version of the plugin. This upcoming version will provide increased flexibility regarding how we handle the display of templates, including popups.
Hey @zerogravity, thanks for getting back to us, I’m glad to hear that you managed to narrow down the cause of the issue. This suggests that the plugin could be modifying the default rendering of the shortcode. For some more insight on this and a possible fix, I’d recommend looping in the plugin team.
