I tried the troubleshooting methods and still doesn’t work. This only happens when I try to look for a word with tilde.

If you look for proteina, it won’t work but if you look for proteína, it works.

Are you sure it works with tildes?

I understand but I want the page to load without products, I don’t want them to be shown until the client filters them, and by putting to start with something that doesn’t exists, it loads without products.

Let me try the first steps.

The other thing you mentioned about the shortcut, I’m aware that there is no active category with an Id of “1”, is just that i dont want it to start with a category and that’s the only way I found to do it.

The shortcode that I use is:
[product-catalogue id=’7′ starting_layout=’Detail’ category=’1′]

And I dont want it to be case sensitive, I want that if someone types “proteina”, it would search for “Proteína”. If someone searches for “aprocol”, to get “Aprocol” with a cpaital “A”.

If I set it to yes, it doesn’t work either.

The category is “Deporte” and the sub is “Generación de masa muscular”.

I just realized that it doesn’t work, if you go to the search bar and type proteína, it won’t work.

And if you go to the product pages, you will see that there are options saying Proteína.

It is not case sensitive and I selected the options you mentioned.

Why would I need to hire someone if it was working at the beginning and after the update it went like that? I did not do that.

What would be the hard way?

I’ve taken those out and the menu went to the right, how can I put it back to the left and make it responsive? That’s what I tried to do at the beginning.
