Either can you tell me what to have him exclude or can i buy a subscription to forminator pro and have you guys fix it? I’ve been dealing with this for months and it’s getting frustrating that it seams impossible to fix please let me know how we can get this handled because I cannot do it myself thank you

So its back doing the same thing it was before you guys fixed it, it’s not showing the form again just a little black box, also the only way to fix it is clear the cache, any suggestionn

So I sent my dev what you said above and he did what you suggested and it is still doing the same thing, so I don’t think that was it, what else could be causing the issue, if you see anything else that could let me know and I will forward the message to him, let me know thanks

I paid a dev to optimize it because the site was supper slow, I cannot remember if it was doing this before the optimization, but I belive it was I will send him what you said, and see what he can do, I’m sure he will understand more of what you are saying.

So this is how it shows up, since switching to a jax it isn’t doing it as often but still doing it, to fix I have to clear cache, before whe I was loading it Java script it was happening multiple times a day, now loading a Jax like once a day, however loading a Jax has really slowed down the website.

So it seams like even after switching to a Jack’s it’s still doing it, I thought it was working fine but then looked today and it was the same way, what is going on with this also by switching back to a Jack’s from Java script my site is speed score on Google insights wnt from 90+ to 30, and seams its now still doing the same thing I’m going to have my dev switch back to loading Java but please tell me how to fix this issue, thanks

Sorry I didn’t see you replied yes my dev set it back to Ajax and it loads fine now but my website speed went from 90+ mobile on page speed insights to 30, is there any other fix that I can use to load with Java script?
