I am faced with the same challenge as the other members on this post. I would love to see a response to mnmelillo’s question. So I’m posting to update the thread. I haven’t taken any of the steps yet but plan to this weekend and would love to know all of the issues are already addressed in case I encounter one or the other. Appreciate anyone’s insights/answers.

I realized that I had already installed the All in One SEO Pack but had not activated it. I did that and loaded several of my keywords to it on my site. This is alot further than I knew before this.

Chris, what you say makes sense. So let me be more clear. I only want to be able to capture the data (i.e. name & emails) so that I can import them into an external CRM for drip campaigns. So now what say you?

Chris, thanks for your repsone and the vendor’s name is EmailMeForm.com, they offer a free option for up to 5 forms. You can check them out. If that works, how do I set it up so that the entries are captured into the wp db?
