    Hi there, nope, I have only a string of emails between TCG IT department and myself. Im unsure if it is plugin related or portal related, nobody seems to be able to tell me, and their feedback is incredibly slow at best. Another issue just cropped up – one of our customers (who has previously ordered without an issue) has just tried to order, and the plugin does not pick up her area at all (Onrus, WC, 7201). She had no issue ordering (pre-update) and now the system has no idea where Onrus is. I tried Hermanus, same story. I have no idea if this is a Ship Logic issue or a plugin issue. All I know is I have spent the last two weeks putting fires out for my clients and generating manual invoices while January ticks away and I haven’t been able to get to actual work. This morning I have disabled LSF for all areas so that at least our customers will not get confused when their same day flyer arrives two days late.

    Shipping is still an issue. All orders that are LSF (same day turnaround) get pulled through to the TCG portal as ECO (3-5 day turn around). I have raised this with IT and local area manager but no valid response has been received.
