    Takayuki,

    thanks for getting back to me so promptly.

    I know that I can get IP address by using [_remote_ip] in mail content – I actually use it – but I also want to lookup the Country that the address relates to, so I use the Quick Flag plugin, which also gives me a nice graphic image of the National Flag!

    For the moment I’ve simply added:

    elseif ( ‘quick-flag’ == $name )
    $output = do_shortcode(‘[quick-flag]’);

    to the end of the function wpcf7_special_mail_tag_for_post_data() in the special-mail-tags.php file to achieve what I want – but would prefer a better solution that won’t break when I update Contact Form 7.

    Thanks for your help with this – and for a great plugin.

    Hi,

    I’ve found Flamingo to be both extremely useful, and very reliable

    I use it on several sites I mange – many thanks

    Like cbass, I think it would be GREAT if Tags could be used to identify which form generated the data – so I can’t wait to see this implemented

    Right now, I don’t see what ‘Tags’ are for or how to use them

    Can you explain ?

    stranger still, after leaving things be for more than 12hrs – now WMT can sitemap_index.xml and says indexing is ‘pending’

    Why couldn’t it find it last night – i’ve changed nothing in the meantime ??

    and even more strange, I still can’t see sitemap_index.xml in the root wordpress directory using my FTP client!!

    If anyone understands this, I’d appreciate the explanation. I’m sure its at the (err) ‘root’ of much of the Sitemap problems in this forum

    Griden,

    as WPyogi pointed out, when you switch to a Child Theme as documented on the link you quote, you’re missing the current header image and menu settings which, though disconcerting, only actually take seconds to put back.

    It’s not actually a problem.

    And I appreciate that you have to be able to offer paid members as much convenience as possible – and the zip’d up Child Theme fits into that category.

    I’d just jumped to the wrong conclusion. Case closed – and thanks for a nice Theme.

    Andrew,

    yep – downloading the complete Hatch Theme (0.2.6) from the Download button works fine, but the “Child theme (.zip) →” below it gives the apology above.

    I want to make a few small changes to the Theme, but would prefere to do it the ‘right way’ via a Child Them so that I don’t have as many problems with future theme updates.

    Seems a bit steep having to pay $39 for a Child of a Free theme……

    Hi,

    I’ve found a link to a .zip file on the alienwp.com web site https://alienwp.com/themes/hatch/ but when I click on it it says “Sorry, but you do not have sufficient privileges to access this content. Either Sign in, or Purchase AlienWP membership.”

    So is buying support for $39 the only way to find out how to implement a Child Theme with Hatch ??
