Did you ever get a solution to this? I would also like a way to automatically do email capture on my site and have them populate the plug-in.

Allow me to update as I’ve been making progress. The header/banner is getting closer to where I want it, but all of my site-description, site-title, and div now carry through to other pages. Is there an easy way to eliminate this?

I’ve been just +1 my own posts and that seems to update it.

I got an ad on odesk to try to find a programmer to set this up, but no replies yet. seems like it should be pretty easy.
