Hi I am not the developer but I think there is an issue with the reCAPTCHA module that makes authorisation impossible in the admin… could you try changing changing line 91 of modules\recaptcha\recaptcha.php to:

if ( is_multisite() && ! is_admin() ) {

Another option could be to disable the popup (which your server host has added) using these instructions.

As for adding multiple roles you can try and change administrator to one of the other roles or capabilities. E.g. if you want to give editors access try current_user_can('editor'). Administrators should still have access.

We fixed this by commenting out line 301 of the plugin:
add_action('init', 'xpa_plugin_init_action');

After a bit of testing the plugin appears to still work fine.

I believe this is happening due to BuddyPress 1.5 no longer fully initializing before the ‘init’ action is used.
