Even if I create a rule based on a parent category, I still get a global response.

I’ve tried simply making a product a downloadable ticket in a ‘events’ category.

However, when I check out I still get:
“There are some issues with the items in your basket. Please go back to the basket page and resolve these issues before checking out”

How do I exclude the ‘ticket’ product/ events category from the min 6, but limit it to one purchase?

PS if I use a parent category, minimum order doesn’t seem to work?

PPS If I active min 6 on the check out, I get this message

Not the Min Order quantity not reached message.

Run both, the only issue really was php version, which I’ve upgraded, but makes no difference.

I’m beginning to suspect wpbakery.

Already done the disable all plugins route but to no avail.

I’ll try health check. ??

I used SSL Insecure Content Fixer and host transferred it.

But this was done months ago?

Both problems have appeared at the same time?

Would that explain the lack of being able to update pages? I can’t even change text?

Answered my own question, just bought Pro.

Is there a way of putting the icon on the Right?

Tom, Question about Pro. I’d like to put a different icon on each level two heading (right of the title). This is possible with Pro?

Anyway, I’ve mucked about with the theme too much to let it be updated!

Thanks for the plugin :-). Once I’ve got head round what I want to achieve with it, I’ll look at Pro.

Just renamed three files that use the name ‘megamenu’ (the theme has limited megamenu powers) and all is working ??

OK interesting.

Theme has a hidden plugin called PBRthemer, which if I rename, Max works.

Just need to work out exactly which bit conflicts as it’s part of the theme.

All I did was put the site into recovery, delete 4.0 on-line, download 3.9 into my local folder, then up load via ftp and reactivate (recovery would have deactivated Woocommerce)

Had exactly the same issue, only I did get the email which puts the site into recovery mode.
In the end I’ve had to delete v4 and re-install 3.9.
I think your site has deactivated Woocommerce as well!
