We also have this issue. In the console, it says “Map files not loaded properly.” We recently updated to the latest version. Please fix asap.

So in your development store when you click to add Shipment Tracking, can you send me the same type of screenshot I sent you (in previous message) so I can see what you see? I will also deactivate plugins and themes. Thanks.

Tracking info gets added manually from inside each of my WooCommerce orders (using the “Add Tracking Info” button from your plugin). After they are added, and the order is Updated, each Tracking Number appears as a “System Note” (I can see that’s the class added in CSS).

1. Which version of WooCommerce are you on?
Currently on version 6.1.2 but this issue has existed no matter what version of WooCommerce I’m using.

2. Are you also using Event Tickets Plus?
Yes, I’m using Plus and the current version is 4.12.1.

3. If I understand correctly you’re on Event Tickets version 5.2.0 and this is happening when you update to the latest version (5.3.0.1)?
I’m currently on version 5.0.2 but have tried installing version 5.1.0, 5.2.0, and 5.2.4.1 but they all result in the same error.

I’ve tried updating previous versions (5.1.0, 5.2.0, 5.2.4.1) of the plugin but they ALL break the site.

Unfortunately, my theme isn’t visible to the public. Is there a secure way for me to provide login details?

I checked my theme and the page that displays the products associated with Brands contains both of those hooks. Is there anything else I could be missing?

The plugin works on other pages that show products (site.com/product-category/category-here/), just not on the Brand pages (site.com/brand/brand-here/) that show products.
