Error: Empty hostname / CNAME list.
My CDN is Amazon S3 in the CDN configuration it shows the AWS hostname. What is wrong with this plugin or me?? Very weird.
It doesn’t seem that anyone has found a solution.

OK, the missing files are definitely the thumbnails and other files created by the parent theme. W3 Total Cache transferred some of them though?
