Thank you, I guess the other option is to print all of the current reviews and manually transfer over the data in the WPPR sections to a new Otter review block. Then I should be able to remove the WPPR plugin and fingers crossed all will be OK. If I remove the WPPR plugin before doing that, I will lose all the review data in those sections, correct?

No problem and thanks for getting back to me, I thought you guys had forgotten about me!
This is a major bummer but thank you for trying. Can you or the team suggest anything I can do to extract the data from my reviews and input it into the new review template? Is there a process that someone could do or a macro that could be run for example, or maybe someone you could recommend to do it? I’d happily pay someone to do it of course. I just have no idea how to do it!

Hi Kush and Rodicaelena, I’m not sure what’s happened but I’ve not had an acknowledgement of my images which you specifically asked for, nor any reply for two weeks now! If someone could follow-up that would be so much appreciated. The link is to a private post showing the images requested and which I will delete once you’ve seen them.

Seems the images did not embed. Is there a way to attach them rather than sending a URL? If there is, I cannot see it.

My sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Running a business makes finding the time hard, but I’m back with a couple of screenshots that I hope help you see that the solutions suggested don’t seem to apply in my case.
The screenshots are in order, method 1, then method 2.
My screens do not look the same as those in the post, I do not have the options to import blocks or import the review.
I am 100% committed to resolving this and moving forward with Otter. All help appreciated!

One problem – neither method works for me. Do I need Otter Pro to allow these import functions to work? Neither the first nor second methods work, there is no import block or migrate to block button. I’m using WPPR Lite – is this something to do with it perhaps?
I feel like I am so close here and happy to use Otter, I just need a way to import these reviews! Happy to discuss any possible solutions to this problem.

Thanks Stef. I don’t want to subsidise others as I am a very small business owner and cannot afford this cost. Huge businesses are a different thing, but I am a one-man show. This stats feature will become my single most expensive website/hosting element, but I may very reluctantly have to pay for it until I can hire someone or find the time to figure out an alternative that includes historical data.
Hi Emily, thanks, to clarify, does this mean that even basic stats in the Jetpack app for example like daily views will no longer be visible? I believe that is what you’ve indicated, but I want to be sure as losing access to all this in terms of historical totals etc is going to be a headache for me, and for many others no doubt.
Thanks Emily and yes, it will be very disappointing to have to stop using a plugin I’ve used and enjoyed for so long because my data is being withheld from me. I appreciate the offer to download my historical data though and will follow up on that if I decide that the basic data that I can still see is not enough, or if that access ends.
Are you able to tell me which (if any) of our data we will still be able to see without having to pay for it? I only need basic stats. Mine is a small business blog, 30 – 50k views per month. My entire hosting costs are a small fraction of the new cost just to access my stats.
