It looks like there’s some confusion in the thread. WooCommerce will always use the billing as the shipping address when a shipping address isn’t entered. So when a customer orders, leaving the Shipping Address unchecked, the address in PayPal will populate the Shipping Details fields in the order.
It’s best to always assume the 2 addresses are different, as they are different pieces of data. The real problem here seems to be this:

The address data in orders, both Billing and Shipping, can be edited independently by clicking the pencil icon:

The filter can be added in your themes functions.php file if you’re comfortable with editing that file. If not, we recommend adding snippets using the free plugin, Code Snippets.

Sorry to learn about the error when setting up Google Listing & Ads! I don’t think Product Feed Pro is the problem in this case.
Can you let us know which country and currency you’ve set in your shop? We seen this error message occur when an unsupported country or currency is used. You can find a list of supported countries and currencies here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160637?hl=en

I understand you’re seeing the 3DS popup disappear when testing 3DS payments. I wasn’t able to replicate that behavior using the authentication required test card on this page. I would recommend performing a conflict test to rule out problems being introduced by the theme or another plugin. ….you see, I think that the issue starts with the fact that there is no “add payment method” button. If that was present, I guess we would get somewhere.

I understand you’d like to capture less than the amount that was authorized. This can be achieved by editing the cost of the actual line items in the order, then recalculating the totals. You can learn how to do that here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#order-items-and-totals
After capturing the order, only the new total will be captured. Here’s a screenshot of the timeline from Stripe:

I came into this problem after transfering my other woocommerce domain. Please see screenshot attachment. The digital wallets feature isn’t showing up… Do you know why?
The Digital Wallet feature only appears for sites in the US, UK, and Canada. Is it possible that your site is in another country?
If that’s not the case, I would recommend going to WooCommerce > Settings > Square then disconnecting/reconnecting to Square. Then check the paymen gateway settings again at WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square
