I am having the same issue. Uploaded a new theme through ftp, doesn’t show up on the theme panel. I deleted some old themes just to verify and yes they are still showing up on the admin panel but not my new theme. I don’t know if it’s a cache problem or what.
Getting frustrated no help whatsoever nothing on google to fix this.
