Hello Ketan, I do this the first time. I don’t have second username and pass. Do you mean the DB which is located in the cPanel? Or how can I navigate to this place?.
EDIT: Thank you so much I have found using this link https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9941/2187/how-to-manually-add-an-admin-user-to-the-wordpress-database-via-phpmyadmin that my username I entered was wrong and now it’s all ok :).
