Again, same thing happening here on this post:

The part where usually the post description would appear (usually just the first few lines of the post), is instead replaced by the author, tags and category.

One thing I noticed, is that when I put my blog post’s link here in the Facebook Debugger, it’s pulling the og:image:width and og:image:height from the default fallback image (which I have implemented as described at the top of this forum: Customize Open Graph protocol for your site or network) instead of the featured image of this post (which displays correctly and which the debugger does see, just not in og:image:width and og:image:height).

What is the fix for this? That is, for the description be made to appear under the headline as it previously did, instead of the author, tags and category?

Never mind, looks like selecting
“Don’t cache pages for known users. (Recommended)”
under the Advanced tab, Miscellaneous section, brings the button back.

New Blog Post > Screen Options

Ensure “Facebook Status on Your Timeline” meta box is checked to display

Uncheck “Post to Facebook Timeline”

Here’s my latest FB Developer Alert re: my submit for approval:

“We were unable to successfully log-in to your app with the ‘Login with Facebook’ button or we were unable to locate the button within your app. Please ensure that you can successfully log-in to Facebook with the Facebook connect button and resubmit. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/authentication/

Were you still required to enter instructions in the submit for approval process for the User Messages, Tags, and Explicitly Shared capabilities, and if so what did you enter?

I’ve just tried resubmitting with complete guesses entered in those instructions boxes… could use some help.

For the Like Box (for pages) widget, the minimum supported width appears to be 292px

Same here… unable to publish at all to my profile timeline, get same error message:

Failed posting to your Facebook Timeline. Error: {“message”:”Can only modify connections owned by this application”,”type”:”Exception”}

I’ve tried all the debugging suggestions, have deleted, reinstalled, reauthorized, etc., numerous times. Publishing to a page timeline does work.

cmatt – You put the tag for mentions in the “Facebook Status on Your Timeline (Summarize the post for your Facebook audience)” box… that’s the only box there is now.

Sandbox Mode was enabled.

Is anyone else having the same issue I described above? Why would a post published to my Facebook Page via this plugin not be visible to any other Facebook users?
