I checked for new dev version and found it. However, when looking for the details it told me “plugin not found” though I could look it up a couple of minutes before checking for the dev version. I fear that when updating it won’t work anymore.

What do you mean by “does using a different Timezone (NOT UTC) fixes the problem”? I currently use “UTC+2” as a standard and I have enabled timezone for the single events using “UTC”. This is the only way times are shown correctly on back- and frontend.

The event page still shows the month before the current month (the header shows August while displaying events for September)

I used Firefox and Chrome on my mobile phone having the same result. But when using “Desktop Version” on the mobile phone, the page is zoomable.

Maybe it is one of my plugins, I have lots of them. Nobody of my club has complained about it so far.

I discovered that I cannot nomore zoom into the page on my smartphone. I suppose it’s due to a latest WordPress update but dont’t know. Do you have any idea?

in the meanwhile I did every update possible without fixing the problem!!! Your new time settings are a big problem for all events. If this continues I will start looking for another calendar!

thanks for your reply but I wonder whether it helps to fix the problem. Furthermore there is a risk that plugin shows other problems.
I think this a problem YOU should fix. Then using the format F Y the header shows July 2020 for events that are apparently in August. Then using the format j. F Y the header shows the correct date range in the header see: (https://ksg-ger.de/veranstaltungen/) when showing events by week. Reseting the same to monthly report the date shown is 31 July 2020

Hallo I am not sure whether we are talking about the same problem but we discovered recently that the header of my event list is showing the month before. So the header shows July 2020 and the events are August 2020, see here https://ksg-ger.de/veranstaltungen/. The same happens with the year (it shows then December 2019). It’s okay with weeks and days (showing August 2020)

yes ColibriWP Theme was installed and active. I tried the theme without the plugin and everything was perfect except the fact that options were limited.

It was when using the plugin and some style functions when it happened. The first time I had not even access to the dashboard any more. The second the customizer changed to basic customizer functions (not even those of the theme) and at least I could go back to my old theme.

Oh, this is great news.

I had the same problem today. Tried the mySQL way. It did not work but I could see, the defective plugin was activated. Tried it the FTP plugin-rename way. It did not work. Finally tried the theme rename method and – heureka – the dashboard reappeared deactivating automatically the plugin already deleated via FTP.

Thanks alot to James for his help. It took me four hours to get out of this problem
