Actually, just worked this out, it was a change in permalink that did it.

Fraud indeed. I had months of waiting for support but got absolutely nothing, this rogue piece of software has not even worked once and nearly got my hosting account suspended as it was creating dozens of GBs of broken backup files on my ftp without any notification to me. I will now chase refund through PayPal.

I have emailed directly and never got a response. “Someone else’s” topic was never answered to either.

No response, plugin deleted.

Hi Babar, I’ve managed to resolve the problem. Thanks for getting back to me.

I would be grateful for a response as your plugin has messed up my site. Any image I click on in a gallery shows #prettyPhoto in the url despite having deleted the plugin. Nothing seems to correct the issue, I reinstalled wordpress and my theme but nothing. Please at least tell me what changes your plugin makes to what documents.

Sorry, my misunderstanding. Thanks for the response.

It is because the plugin also counts all the bot visits, therefore giving a completely false idea of traffic. Google Analytics does not count bot visits in the real traffic results. I asked for clarification on this on here, never got a response, but have since investigated it myself and it’s true.
