Minification plugins (like WP-Minify) were interfering with the thumbs jpeg output and trimmed the lines in the files, resulting in invalid files, which were not displayed.
This issue is not fixed, so please update Image Pro and make sure you remove all folders under /wp-plugins/image-pro…/src/thumb/cache/*.

Hi Elwood,
Nothing useful in the log. Please set-up an account for me so I can take a look at the issue (send the info through the contact form in my website).
Thanks,
Mihai.Hi Andre,
Check your email. I’ll leave this open to post the final resolution to the problem.
Hi ElwoodP,
Do you have any errors in your PHP log? Or in the Image Pro Log (/wp-plugins/image-pro…/logs/impro.log)?
If not, please make me a limited rights account so that I can try the phpThumb.php link for myself and try to find out what errors you get.
You can send me the details through the contact form in my site, https://www.mihaivalentin.com/about-me/
Thanks,

In reply to: [Image Pro - Image resizing and media management done right] ImageMagic???Hi Daniel.
To make the resizing, I’m using a php library called phpThumb.
It tries to use the GD PHP extension at first, and if not available attempts ImageMagick. If not available too, then it fails.
So, please install/enable the “GD” extension in your php config.
Thanks,
Mihai.Hi WahawkFL,
It seems that you have an image, called “diversdirect-logo.jpg” that either does not exist on disk, either has some issue. (that’s the file the error is about)
However, below, in the log, it mentions that the file “divers-direct-logo.jpg” was successively resized.
To conclude, it isn’t a path hinting problem. If it would have been, no image could have been resize. Please check if you have the “diversdirect-logo.jpg” on your file system, and eventually go to the post’s HTML and remove it. Then, after saving everything should work fine.
Please let me know if this worked.
Thanks,
Mihai.Hi Terry,
Could you please also check the PHP error log right after you go to the full image url, then paste some of it here, or if not here, on my contact form in my website (www.mihaivalentin.com).
Perhaps the problem is the thumbnail generator, and the error log should be helpful.
Thanks,

Mihai.Hi rocipo,
This sometimes happens because the information related to the media in the database is different with the one on the disk.
I’ll try to handle this nicely in future version and provide a detailed explanation though.
Besides this, does the plug-in work ok?
Mihai.
