Sorry for the delay on this and for your bad experience. Both WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual are most definitely not designed for this type of experience. On the opposite, documentation and tutorials exist and they normally help you get all set up and running in far less than 1 month.
One should have plenty of time to claim a refund if they wanted too.

I strongly suggest contacting the WPML dedicated support for any issues you may have with setting up or running.

Any WooCommerce Multilingual issues we’re also very happy to help with. You can describe the problems here and include details about what versions you are using and anything else that would help us identify the problem. You can also use the WPML support for something like this.

Evanstyles, sorry you feel this way and rated this plugin poorly based on this misunderstanding.

It’s stated in the description that this plugin requires other plugins (including WPML) in order to work.

Also: the price for the subscription that you need is $79 and not $195.

You need to simply enable this option from the general settings page and add any custom currencies that you wish.

Sorry you feel this way D4K. Like stated in the title, WooCommerce Multilingual requires WPML in order to work. And WPML is a commercial product.

Sorry to hear you had problems with our plugin. We’d love to address and resolve these if you can provide more information. Like stated in the title, this plugin work together with WPML and this means that the WPML support covers WooCommerce Multilingual as well.

You need to go to WPML -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> General Settings -> Product Translation Interface and switch to Go to the native WooCommerce product editing screen

For products translations it’s recommended however to use the product translation table.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
Have you updated the translations?

This should normally be called at ‘init’.
