after update, please refresh the cache on site. Try to refresh permalinks settings in wordpress admin.

Try to test it with another permalinks structure https://www.salephpscripts.com/wordpress_directory/demo/documentation/settings/slugs-permalinks/

Try to create new page with [webdirectory-listing-page] shortcode, this will manage separate template for listings pages.

Also are there any error messages? How the problem appear on the page?

ok, lets try following: create 2 new pages with [webdirectory-listing-page] shortcode for both languages. One page for ES and the second for PT language.

If there is no page with this shortcode, then it should apply as single listing page and has no content except listing elements. But if this shortcode already persists somewhere, then you need to find it first.

ok, I see you have found single listing page and edited to remove unnecessary shortcodes. What shortcodes does it have now?

How does it related to development when you can not find a page in admin side?

What exact “select lists” do you mean? There are multiple types of categories display in the plugin: at the backend, at the frontend, on submission form, search filters lists.

There is nothing to do for developer team as the issue related to content-management part of your site.

Please open “Pages” section on your site in admin and find a page with [webdirectory-listing-page] shortcode. Remove any elements you do not want to see on a listing page.

Please do not open directory settings, as this is not related to the plugin options. Please do not open a listing to edit, as it does not related to plugin’s content as well. You need to edit a page, one specific page which you (or somebody from your team) have already edited and placed unneeded content there.

When I edit, it doesn’t edit the page, but the listing.

please do not edit the listing, edit the page, single listing page

You just need to do 2 things

1. open single listing page to edit
2. remove what you do not want to see
