Same problem still not working
Al the plugins updated and WordPress to date

I’m using virtue theme but I can’t find a category.php file under this theme.

The menus are displaying on all the pages minus the Category ones.

I use jetpack, but I’ve solved it. I did ctrl+shift+T until I opened an older version of the page. then I right click and inspected the element and in the lower right panel I found a link to the entire .css document. I Just had to open that link in the inspector editor and copy-paste the whole thing.
