I have it and updated. This has never happened before, of all the blogs I have received comments emails. When I told this blogger I had received comments spam, he said he had received it before from me, too. You might be right: the spam went through email but was then deleted by Akismet.

I spoke too soon. That change did nothing.

No, it’s the same in IE7. I haven’t had to adjust widgets in so long, I never even noticed the widgets section in admin until now. I think it was more convenient in earlier WP editions.

OK, it took some fancy mouse-clicking and installing, but that’s fixed!
