OK. Now I found this page and now I know I can’t use plugins ??
Anyway, I wanted to upload a plugin for order my categories in my way (no A,B,C but A,C,B). So well, there’s any way to change that order without host or pay for premium wordpress?

Ok, first I don’t want to use my personal computer as permanent server ?? Second this is the plugin tab that I don’t see anywhere: https://tutorials.hostmonster.com/help_media/wordpress_dashboard_plugin.png
