Show admin screen of WordPress.
Settings > General Settings page “Site Title”
Title is blank and put a space in the site name.

Or you can.

Show to blank the title, set a transparent image in the logo.

“Chocolat” was updated to ver1.1.1 and the “social link” was newly added to the menu.
Function of the “Global Navigation” has not changed, but, please check the following.

1. You are using version of “Chocolat” What?

2. I saw your Web site.
Do you want to display the Pages (not “Posts” page) list on the menu?

3. View WordPress Administration Screens (Dashboard) > Appearance > “Menus” Page.
Click “Manage Locations”tab.
Global Navigation: Pull-down menu is selected?

Sorry, number of comments is not displayed on the “Chocolat” main page.

WordPress theme is different from the template of the blog service.
Use you customize.

もしかして、レスポンシブ広告ユニットをお使いでしょうか？

「Chocolat」で想定している使い方としては、
アドセンスの「広告サイズに関するガイド」を参考に

アドセンスM：レクタングル（大）336px
アドセンスL：ビッグバナー 728px
アドセンスS：レクタングル（中）300px

を設定していただいて、スマホではアドセンスM、Lは表示せずに、
アドセンスSが設定してあればアドセンスSを表示、
設定してなければアドセンスM、Lは表示しない、というふうになっています。

これは「Chocolat」のデザインと広告バナーのサイズの関係で
こういう仕様になっています。
（アドセンスのガイドラインに基づいて、
スマホではアドセンスSの広告が最大3枚表示されるようになっています。）

具体的にどのサイズのバナーを設定していて
スマホでどのように表示させたいかがわかれば
テーマで対応するか、カスタマイズしていただくか
アドバイスできるかと思います。
