Update: was able to fix this but the original problem I encountered was that the paragraph spacing wasn’t working consistently when I originally added the blocks. In order for a line/space to appear between two or more paragraphs, I had to hit Enter twice. There were also instances where I’d try to remove the extra paragraph break(s), add more, etc. and nothing changed. I’m not sure if it was something with Elementor or EAE. But when I went back later, it was working properly.

Sure, here are a few items to hopefully help illustrate my needs.

This page’s hours will be updated from the backend table and where the drink photo appears on the right, a drink menu is displayed. Unfortunately, the school is on summer break so campus restaurants are closed and not displaying this info on their site to show exactly how the text would appear: https://basc1.org/dining/menus/raj-madan

This html file only is displayed on a digital screen in the building and not on the website; this is one of the custom styled files where the menu items are displayed from the same database tables referenced above: https://basc1.org/aerie-drinks

So underneath these pages are multiple data tables where individual menus, hours and location information are maintained.

Hello and Update on this issue:

My client was finally able to get Freshchat Support to respond to him though, ironically or not, they would never reply to me, the one working on this issue. Freshchat said they have no plans to work on this plugin. Lovely.

The workaround they did suggest and does work, though you need to have them provide a javascript snippet specific to your Freshchat account:
Install/activate Header Footer Code Manager (HFCM) by 99 Robots and create a snippet. Follow the instructions here and it should work. It did for me, but hope to not ever have to deal with them again.

For any future users of this CF plugin (oh, the irony), I’m posting the reply I received from their support team when I inquired directly on their website:

“I can see you are inquiring about the status of the WordPress plugin.

At this time there is no update on when or if that plugin would be updated. I recommend, if you are using ClickFunnels, to use it directly on our platform rather than on WordPress. This would ensure that your funnels are working at their most stable capacity.”

I thanked them for the quick reply and said it would be great if they’d remove this plugin from the repository. ??

This has happened to me as well. I wasn’t even aware of this plugin and only have Elementor, SG Optimizer and UpdraftPlus plugins installed. When I first created the homepage, it displayed fine in Elementor’s editing interface but the live page was ignoring some basic styling.

When I returned a little while ago to troubleshoot, Elementor editing wouldn’t even load anymore and I put it in safe mode. I deactivated each plugin and everything works and displays fine when I deactivate SiteGround Security.

Any thoughts?

I want to add that this occurs in Firefox and Safari, but not Chrome. I’ve had to deactivate your plugin until this issue is resolved.

Hello-
My client’s website just started displaying a very similar notice last week (Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/fredst7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/social-pug/inc/functions.php on line 597).

Has there been any resolution/patch on this? We’re using the most current version, 1.7.0. Any assistance and/or insight is greatly appreciated.

I’m happy to do that, but leads to the question: I hadn’t had to use the MEC Sidebar when I originally created the events and that left side content displayed (for several days), so what changed that made the content disappear and this extra step is now required?
