Hi, I am using this as a food delivery system.
Here is the reason why I want the option to be shown all the time.
Currently, in the checkout page, the delivery option would not show up unless customer input an address which is inside my delivery zone.
This can cause me to lose some customers, if they scroll down and didn’t see the “delivery” option. Because they might want to look at the delivery option before typing their address. They could misunderstood and think that I don’t offer delivery. And they might even live inside the delivery zone, but they just haven’t type in their address yet. And then they already left my website.
