Try to deactivate all of your plugins. After that try to log out from your Dashboard. If succeed, try to reactivate you plugin one after another until you find the problem.

Did you mean a banner above “NEXT PAGE” text ?
Did you use free theme ?
Try to edit your footer.php in your theme directory.
