Hi James, good news and bad news. On the staging site I’ve been testing using Hummingbird and Asset CleanUp. Somehow, after updating WordPress and WooCommerce to the latest versions, the Opt-in form showed up even with both plugins enabled. Those plugins haven’t had any updates recently.
The bad news is, I have WP Rocket on the live site. The Opt-in form is still not showing up. I don’t have Combine JavaScript files turned on. But at least now I know it’s only when admin bar is present that the issue happens.
Hi James. I think you are right about the Site Kit admin toolbar. First, I used incognito mode and the opt-in form worked. Then I disabled the Site Kit toolbar then tried again, and it worked! So it’s like that the toolbar is causing the issue.
A little update. I tried manually adding the Google Analytics snippet on the staging site and it allowed the Opt-in window to pop up.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Shipping addresses not registering on PayPalHi Syde. We only have physical products. All orders have shipping addresses. This is only happening to orders using Advanced Card Processing. PayPal payments still register the shipping addresses fine.

Getting critical error, too, on any page using NextGen. Had to rollback to version 3.41.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Note to Customer No Longer WorkingOK, I just did a test by turning off most plugins using Divi theme’s Safe Mode. I was able to send notes to customers then. So I am thinking there’s a conflict with one of the plugins.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Note to Customer No Longer WorkingI am also experiencing the same issue. When I try to send Note to Customer, the spinning wheel just keeps spinning and nothing happens. If I click Update again it will update the order but without the message that was entered.

I am not the person who started this post but want to add input. I don’t use any currency switcher or discount/sale plugins and still have this issue when manually refresh feeds.
I have also experienced random prices being exported. Most of the times they are correct, only sometimes not. I have observed that random prices often happened when I performed a Manual Refresh of a product feed. Prices tend to be correct in the feed when they are refreshed as scheduled.

Also, a customer had contacted us saying her credit card record showed the transaction was successful, but nothing is showing on PayPal. This is not good. And need to a clear fix.
