It was never activated when the problem began. I couldn’t install anything from the search list and had to upload the plugin through FTP. Do you want a screen shot? I have one.

I’m using the 3.5.1 version. This was going on with the default theme to begin with. I was trying to find the Ultimate Maintenance Mode plugin and that’s when this happened.

All fixed. The host tracked down a broken syntax in Member Wishlist. Thanks for your help!

No, none of her plugins are listed there, and it’s a Genesis child theme. Like I said, there’s nothing on this site that isn’t on our own site, or used for other clients.

The debugging didn’t change anything. I’ve disabled/enabled plugins one by one, and everything is up to date. Switching themes doesn’t fix it and neither did a manual upgrade.

Figured it out. Asked the folks at Studio Press (the developers of Genesis and Premise) to take a look and they said the images on the main site were using https instead of http for a file path. I changed a setting in the Premise plugin and miracle of miracles, the images are showing.

I’m really glad, I like your plugin a lot. It’s very easy to use, looks nice and clean, and works well for our customers.

Where do I find the file path to check it? I thought it was under Media settings, but I don’t see it there anymore. Or is there another file path setting I should be checking for the cart itself?

I’ve been having the same problem. The product text is aligned like there should be an image there, but it’s blank. In the settings, it shows the green text that an image file is uploaded. Help please? We’ve got a new book to launch next week and if I can get this plugin to work I’d be a very happy customer. Thanks.

I currently have no plugins installed or activated. I was working on a brand new installation and couldn’t drag and drop.

Any solutions for that?

This didn’t work for me and I’m running out of options. Any other suggestions?

Same problem here and the blogger blog is set to a blogspot address

I’ve tried this and it’s not working, I’m still being told “We were not able to gain access to your account. Try starting over.”

Any other suggestions?
