OMG…let me take a look at that. When I was installing I forgot I had an error blank out the site and had to shut off WC through FTP. DUH!

Nick! How are you? It’s Deb. Long time, no see. Thanks for the response. The file hasn’t been renamed, and the plugins/cache has been cleared numerous times. I do have this installed on the same theme on other sites and it works fine…just not here.

I’ll submit a help ticket. If no one can find an answer, I suppose I could set the default theme layout to full width and manually set the sidebar template on all the other pages/posts. Ugh.

That was another thought, that the short code I was using was old. I’ll take a look at the current ones.

I agree, those are small thumbnails. I’ll relay that to the client. Thanks for the screenshot. I was using Firebug and it was showing me 100px more than what you found.

Thanks for the response. I’m not entirely sure what you mean (maybe I haven’t had enough coffee yet). I created the galleries and used the default setting first after adding the images. When I put in each gallery, it showed ALL the images from both galleries in each of the separate spaces after using the button on the Edit page. I deleted those and used a short code. That showed the single images. The sizes were changed after I removed the galleries the first time.

Resolved! Found a similar response further on in the list. Changing from a Default Page Template to a Default Event Template works.

That worked for me too.

The FTP upload and overwrite worked.

One of our clients has this issue and our hosting service (NOT GoDaddy) said the domain name from GoDaddy was no longer pointing to the servers where we have the site hosted—which is odd because no one’s touched that.

I’m going to try the upload and overwrite like the others suggested and see what happens.

I found the culprit. A plugin called DigitalAccessPass LiveLinks. Deactivated it and now the menus panel is working fine. Thanks for your help!

Just installed the most recent version (3.9?). Damn, was hoping I didn’t have to disable all the plugins…this client has far too many.
