Hi update on progress. Seems after disabling the plugin, did all my other updates and re-enabling it everything works fine again. So maybe this might help narrow the issue down to being related to updates?

For now happy that my issue is resolved again.

Seems the problem I raised and resolved a week ago has come back to haunt us again and this time I am more confident the issue lies with a conflict with this plugin.

I had 4 plugin updates to do one of them being this plugin. I carried out two other updates and then the same issue as before occurred i.e. could not access the plugins page or update core php.

I went through and brute force disabled those I updated but the issue persisted. I then disabled this plugin and the problem resolved itself again.

Bit puzzled by this as I don’t seem to have a problem with this plugin on other sites I manage that use it albeit some of the setups may vary i.e. different plugins and themes.

The main difference between sites is that on this one that is experiencing these issues is that it is set up to pull in Facebook events whereby others aren’t.

Up to now this has been a really good plugin that has worked really well.

Would be great if anyone can shed some light on this problem.

Ok update on this .. not anything to do with this plugin. I have disabled plugins one by one and think I have found the one that is causing the issue. Many thanks Midge

I have just upgraded this plugin

Current Plugin Version: 2.6.3
New Plugin Version: 2.7

Running wordpress 3.6.1.
Using Fast contact forms

After I upgraded could no longer access plugins.php and updatecore.php i.e. when I select return to plugins or select plugins from dashboard or try to update anything else is giving me a blank page.

PS: This is not the first time this has happened to this site i.e. had a similar instance a few weeks ago updating another plugin so not sure if it is an issue with this plugin or something else.

Any ideas to resolve (besides brute force disabling) will be welcomed.

I have actually been able to resolve the issue with Calendar plugin i.e. appears there is a conflict with another plugin. At this time not sure which as have disabled quite a few older plugins on the site which seemed to resolve the problem for now. If I manage to have more time or come across this issue again will post my findings

Not yet as the Event plugin is disabled and cannot use it. I have raised the issue on the Timely support forum. Will await to see what comes of it.

I have recently upgraded to WP 3.8.1 and after updating this plugin had issues with accessing my wordpress plugin & update core pages i.e. they were displaying blank.

At first I thought the issue was with Photocrati’s gallery plugin as their galleries stopped working on the site too.

After some advice from their support I had to disable this plugin using brute force which resolved all of my other issues.

Reactivating this plugin resorts back to the original issue.

Hence I am now left with a situation whereby I can no longer use the plugin on the site. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue as really love this plugin and is so much needed for the website.

Problem resolved. Thanks to the help from Caos at Photocrati it appears this is due to an issue with the All-in-one Event Calendar plugin that was also installed on the site which I have had to disable.

I gave this a try but it didn’t work. Eventually got to the core of the problem though i.e. appears to be down to issue with All-in-one-Event Calendar which I have had to brute force disable.

Almost forgot to mention .. due to the problem with the plugin & update core files cannot see the status of the plugin.
