Sorry, it didn’t quite work 100%. I didn’t get a email notification of a new wholesale customer. Also I tried a second test customer and the wheel is still spinning but the customer is in the the new users section but still no email notification

I tried everything else and your solution worked, I just had to add =anonymous to crossorigin.

Success!!!!! eventually the hosting site got back to me, and for reasons no one understands the user associated with database was gone!!! so I created a new user in the sql manager in cpanel and viola!

Hi kmessinger, I did the db repair after reading some other threads on this problem, so the problem was already there before doing the repair.

No its not open in repair mode, yes we have a backup, I have just logged a call with the host and they said they will get back to me soon……

Ok fixed!!!

After my embarrassing n00b moment above I stopped panicking and thought about the problem at hand. Replacing the streams.php file and then the formatting.php file with new versions from a fresh download didn’t work. So using an ftp client I downloaded the automatic backup that fantastico makes when it upgrades a piece of software and extracted those two files, uploaded them and viola…

Ok that didn’t work – any other thoughts
