I have installed WordPress 3.8.3, deleted the old MailPoet and tried to install the new version, but it didn’t work. I get the error message “Die Datei konnte nicht kopiert werden.(Could not copy file) wysija-newsletters/data/bookmarks/medium/06/linkedin.png.

hard-crop enabled or disabled makes no difference, thumbnails stay cropped.
I changed there width and height and generated a new site. But on the new site the thumbnails had the equal size as before.

I’m working with WordPress 3.5.

Any ideas?

For the product images I use Magic Zoom Plus.
