Thank you. I actually wanted to use the “Simple Discography” plugin, but it says that it is untested with my version of WordPress. Would you know of any other way to be able to do this? Thank you in advance.

Thanks everyone for the help! I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling and installing WordPress all over again.
