I am having exactly the same problem, i have tried all the solutions offered on various posts but to no avail. I am running my site on IIS 7 with FastCGI so thought that was the problem but it would seem if others are having this problem running it on Linux then maybe not.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated otherwise i can’t really use this brilliant plugin.
