I checked these WC settings there previously, but could not find a solution for my issue.Could you please describe in more detail what you exactly mean and how this addresses my original question?
I do not want to disable all mails with the subject “new order”, but the internal emails after an order status change.Thanks,

I am getting the message “Download failed” in the browser’s download section directly. So the download of the backup file starts and then suddenly crashes. It is not directly “inside” the plugin. The file is there, I can also download it but as just mentioned, it is cancelled every time by the browser it seems.
The page/backup is quite big (around 1 GB) so maybe that causes some issues, I don’t know.

I made a fresh backup, so the file must be available in my opinion.
Also just clicked at “Rescan remote storage” and did the same for the local storage (webserver). The download still fails.It’s really weird. I will probably just make a backup directly via FTP.
However, I never had such an issue so far. Wondering what it could be… Maybe related to the hoster?Best regards

That information comes a bit late for me.
Please note that more clear in the free version, I was not aware of that.Anyway, I migrated 38 photo galleries manually and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I just checked regarding the security plugin, there is none installed.However, I installed the import/export add-on on the new page as well (runs on PHP 7.1.1) and I got the message “You have to install Photo Gallery Pro 2.4.0 at least in order to use this add-on” (something similar like this). I am currently using the free version of the plugin with the version 1.4.17 on both pages.
So is there no other option for me to solve this than paying more to get the Pro plugin version as well?

Yes exactly – the issue appeared just after I have activated and used WPML.
I have checked several other combinations already with other plugins (I am only using 6 others) so this can not be the problem in my opinion.So what does not work after I have used and activated WPML is that my customized 404 page is not taken in consideration anymore and it is like I am not using your plugin at all (the normal/ugly 404 page is displayed). I hope you understand how I mean it.
