I resolved the issue by choosing a different single team member view, so the problem of the job outlining is resolved.
However the next issue appears:

On the team member overview page (see above weblink) the photo of some team members are compromised. Beneath the photo of the team member the personal quote appears. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
